It’s Sunday and time for my weekly meal plan link-up!
Hi everyone! I know I’ve been super sparse around these parts lately, so let me apologize in advance. With us moving, I am having trouble finding the energy to get everything done that needs to be done. By the time I get a chance to sit down with my computer, it’s 9 pm, and my brain doesn’t always like to think at that time. I promise that I am not leaving you, but my posting for the rest of February and into March might be a little bit less.
I’m super excited because we found a place to live, and it’s perfect! It is 3 bedrooms, has a warm cozy feeling, it’s in a great school district, and has a dishwasher. Ha! I know most people are like, big deal, a dishwasher. Welp, this is my very first one EVER! When I was little my parents had a portable one, but it always leaked so we didn’t use it. My sister K and I were the dishwashers, so to actually have a physical dishwasher in my house is kind of something to jump for joy about. 🙂 We move at the end of March, which means we have a lot to do. I’m not worried, we’ll get it all done, but it might just mean my time around the blog is a bit less, until we’re settled in the new place. I hope you stick around!
Alright, now it’s time for my Sunday Meal Plan (even though we’re a day late)
Sunday: Seamus’ Meatloaf (recipe to come in the future) & baked potatoes
Monday: Leftover Manicotti & garlic bread
Tuesday: Korean Beef & Trader Joe’s Shrimp Fried Rice
Wednesday: Baked Chicken & Cauliflower
Thursday: Pulled Pork
Friday: Chicken Sausage & garlic fries
Saturday: order in or go out
Not the greatest meal plan in the world but it will get us through a very busy week.
Alright, today I’m linking up with Laura from Mommy Run Fast and Jill from Fitness, Health & Happiness. Be sure to stop on over and show these ladies some love!
Congrats on finding a place! Yes, it’s amazing how much time moving takes. Enjoy your week!
Thanks Laura!! We’ve been packing like crazy, I’d like it to be over with now. LOL
Great plan! I haven’t been making a meal plan for quite a while but lately hubby & I have gotten tired of the dinner crunch. I *think* he may be coming around and is realising why I made meal plans in the past… Finally!
Oh my goodness, Janice! We’d never eat dinner in our house if we didn’t make a meal plan. Seamus and I are just terrible at coming up with food ideas on the fly, and end up ordering in, when we don’t have a plan. Definitely jump in and plan!!! I’d love to see some of the meals you come up with.
I do my very best to plan and prep for the week on Sundays. I always end up at someone’s restaurant if I don’t! My favorite prepped meal of the week is Dashing Dish’s Burrito Bowl. It’s so flavorful and healthy…which is awesome!
Hey there!! I LOVE Mexican, so that burrito bowl sounds awesome. I will definitely be checking that out! thanks for visiting!
Ԝoah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard too gеt that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appeal.
I must say thаt you’ve done a excelleոt job with this.
In additiߋո, the blog loads very fast fօr me on Firefox.
